LLC "QUARNUTS"

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is the official public offer of LLC "QUARNUTS" (the "Provider"), addressed to any individual or legal entity (the "Client") wishing to enter into an agreement for the provision of services or use of the Provider's mobile applications.

1.2. The Client's acceptance of the terms of this Offer is confirmed by placing an order on the Provider's website, downloading a mobile application, or by any other prescribed method.

1.3. By entering into this agreement, the Client confirms that they have read the terms of the Offer and fully agree to them.

1.4. The Provider does not provide goods and services to individuals and legal entities from countries defined as aggressor states under Ukrainian law.

1.5. The Provider supports combat veterans by offering additional consultations, preferential terms, or other forms of support.

1.6. Services and mobile applications are provided in Ukrainian and English.

1.7. The Provider does not provide phone support. All inquiries are handled via email or other means specified on the Provider's website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Client with goods, services or access to mobile applications specified on the websites quarnuts.com and quarnuts.ua, and the Client undertakes to pay for them. (quarnuts.com · quarnuts.ua)

3. Order Processing

3.1. The Client places an order through quarnuts.com or quarnuts.ua, or downloads a mobile application from an official app store. An order is considered accepted once confirmed by the Provider.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. The Client pays for services or mobile applications by non-cash settlement or by another method specified on the Provider's website.

4.2. Payment must be made within the period specified in the order confirmation.

5. Service Provision

5.1. Services or access to mobile applications are provided under the terms agreed in the order and defined on the Provider's website.

5.2. The terms, timelines and cost of services are specified on the Provider's website or agreed individually with the Client.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Provider undertakes to:

  • Provide services or access to mobile applications within the agreed terms and conditions;
  • Ensure the quality of services or mobile applications as described on the website;
  • Provide necessary consultation regarding services or mobile applications;
  • Upon the Client's request, transfer all information belonging to the Client processed by the Provider.

6.2. The Client undertakes to:

  • Properly pay for and accept services or mobile applications;
  • Provide accurate information necessary for service delivery;
  • Treat the Provider's staff respectfully during interactions.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

7.2. The Provider is not liable for inability to provide services due to incorrect information provided by the Client.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. In the event of disputes, the parties shall attempt to resolve them through negotiation.

8.2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be referred to a court at the Provider's location.

9. Duration of the Offer

9.1. This Offer is indefinite and remains in effect until cancelled by the Provider.

9.2. The Provider reserves the right to change the terms of the Offer. The current version is always available at quarnuts.com and quarnuts.ua.
